Mother's Day

I am still catching up since my computer is now working...This Mother's Day was very special! I am so thankful I get to be Brady's Mom. I am also very thankful for my own mom and my mother in law. The day was perfect because I got to share it with my family. Sunday morning Brad let me sleep in which felt really good! Then Brad, Brady and I went out for brunch...we had a great time and Brady tried pancakes for the first time, yum! Afterwards we came home to get ready for my parents, David, Tommie, and Gayle coming over. We had a nice time with everyone...it was a wonderful day!

Uncle Dave Graduates

My little brother, David also known as "Uncle Dave" graduated from law school a few weeks ago! We are so proud of him and all of his hard work. I took the afternoon off work to attend his graduation. Brady came too, of course and was so well behaved. Afterwards Brad met up with the rest of us and we celebrated at Durango's, of course Mexican (as I have mentioned before we love Mexican food!) We had a great time! Yay David!

11 Months!

My computer has been messed up for awhile so I haven't been able to post...in the meantime Brady turned 11 months old! I can't believe he will be one in two weeks. This has been the quickest year ever! Every month really does get more and more fun. He is learning new things and developing such a personality. This month Brady can stand on his own and has even taken a few steps but he is not offically walking yet. He still has his bottle and baby foods but has also tried lots of other foods including: mashed potatoes, ice cream, cucumbers, goldfish, yogurt, rice, and many more! He is very attached to his bunny blanket, "Lovey". He also still takes a paci. He loves to be outside! Our big challenge this month has been getting him to take a nap in his crib/ pack n play..not in his swing. He is starting to do much better and actually as I type he is napping in his crib..yay! We bought Brady his first pair of tennis shoes which he looks adorable in but he HATES. He can kick them off so, we may be saving those for fall, after all, it is summer...may as well go barefoot haha! Once again, pictures were pretty much a disaster...oh well, at least I can look back at them and laugh one day!
